tales of a housecat

Saturday

That's where they go.

It seems that everyday this is where they disappear. Down the stairs, and bang! I don't see them for hours.
What's out there? Why can't I see it? I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but c'mon. They've got to be hiding something. Streets paved with kibble? Birds made from canned salmon? When they come back through here, they always smell so interesting, and I want to know why!

I've seen where they go Puddy. It's not as great as all the kitties think. I haven't been far out 'there' and there is usually a force field between me and the rest of it but I've still seen it. Look for the full story in my up coming novella entitled "Memoirs of a Housecat that got out, a couple of times."

I just had to comment on this one. I've seen the world beyond and it is scary. Now maybe that's because I took a non-traditional method to get there (jumping off the third story of my "owners" house onto the concret walkway) but hey you gotta do what you gotta do. I thought it might be fun, exciting, interesting but wrong - there are nasty creatures out there (like other mean street tough cats) who want to do you harm. Stay where it's safe Putty. I've suffered so others don't have to.
